    The pool area was nice and the location was good, not far from Taksim square and a restaurant area, all Malls and the buses. The staff were efficient and best and the services were admirable. Twin room was silent and the food was great.

    Fairly clean hotel in a nice building very close to Taksim square, Turkey, Taksim. Fine and savoury meals. Great service offered, brand-new room with terrace and GREAT views, as example. Dedicated staff, a laundry room, ironing service and wake up calls free of charge. Early check-in, parking nearby. Everything good.

    attention of the employees, swimming pool and sauna, computer service and internet worked very well.

    On one occasion they took a long time to clean the room, maybe because the key failed?

    The bed was comfortable, I slept well, in peace and quiet. The staff won't bother you if you don't want us to clean the room. They bring you water every day.

    Maybe a fruit basket in the room every day.

    Wonderful rooftop views, Proximity to Taksim Square, All-Inclusive spa services

    Room sizes inconsistent with online representations!!! The hotel lacks adequate communication regarding amenities and services provided!!! Noise issues from adjacent rooms detracted from relaxation !!!

    Location: right at the bus stop to Taksim from the IST airport The friendliness of the staff. Also, they gave me a suite even though I had booked a double.

    The air conditioner sounded a little loud, even though it was turned off completely, but it wasn't disturbing.
